Map business requirements to Salesforce capabilities and optimize end-to-end business processes. Ensure adherence to standards to reduce risks in implementation. Collaborate and Align with cross-country stakeholders to support successful implementation of OOTB solutions

Wat je gaat doen

• Analyzing of As-is and conducting workshops with business SMEs and POs to understad the functional needs
• Documenting functional requirements in Azure
• Documentating of new process flows in Visio
• Align with Solution Architect to handover the business requirements
• Reviewing and adjusing backog refinement activities together with POs, SMEs
• Creating user stories including acceptance critera in Azure
• Acting as Scrum Team member for other backlog activities, e.g. preparation and execution demo for stakeholders acceptance
• Preparation of testing scenarios and support in testing
• Take a formal sign off from relevant stakeholders for feature acceptance
• Ability/Experience to define requirements in a CORE level in a multi-country environment
