Hyperledger Fabric (Blockchain) Developer

At a glance

You are going to work in the Banking as a Service (BAAS) block at ABN AMRO Clearing Bank which is an (Agile) scrum team of high skilled international professionals. As the Blockchain specialist you will participate in all the scrum events of this team and will work on and deliver the integration stories agreed upon on in the sprints.

In your daily work you have to interact with different people/teams across the world such as:

• The Product Owner, IT Dev Engineers and business developers working in the Baas team;
• IT Dev Engineers and business developers working in scrum teams of other blocks;
• Specialists from our Platform Grid department (being  DBA, Middleware specialist and Private Cloud team) and the Cognizant Technology Services department (being the platform and networking specialists and the IT Operators);
• Other stakeholders working in or for the AAC GRID such as stakeholders of the blocks and the IT Chapter Lead.

Your job

We expect you to deliver:

• Newly developed, tested and implemented Blockchain solutions and belonging relevant technical documentation and documented testing results;
• Automated testing scripts to test what you develop (also for future regression testing);
• Proper JIRA administration of your work (user stories, etc...);
• Proposals how to improve the Blockchain solutions;
• Contribution to ITIL processes that are applicable in Baas (Incident Mngt, Change Mngt, Problem Mngt, Capacity Mngt);
• Active contribution in the Baas scrum events;

Your profile

We are looking for a professional Hyperledger Fabric (Blockchain) developer with the following experience:

•  Academic or HBO work and thinking level.
•  4+ years experience with Hyperledger Fabric. Bringing blockchain solutions from development to production;
•  4+ years experience with Nodejs/Typescript/Javascript;
•  4+ years experience with containerized application Docker, Kubernetes;
•  Strong DevOps skills to maintain and improve current automation and processes;
•  Strong SRE skills to create highly reliable and scalable systems;
•  Strong analytical skills;
•  Excellent knowledge of English, both spoken and written.
