You and your job 

Identity & Access Management is key for Rabobank as it provides everyone within the bank with access to resources needed to perform their work. In order to be in control of the IAM related risk, to have efficient IAM processes and user centric IAM journeys a new Tribe IAM will be launched June 1st. The purpose of the tribe will be to provide the IAM Identity Fabric to support employees and machines to only have access to the right assets at the right time, for the right reasons in a simple, user-friendly and secure manner and enabling in control monitoring and reporting.

As Consultant Identity & Access Management, you'll have the opportunity to be part of a brand-new Chapter IAM, which will consist of three teams: IAM In Control, IAM Consultancy, and IAM Desk RN Overig & System Onboarding. Your role will specifically align with the IAM Consultancy team. You will deliver bank-wide strategy and expertise for IAM by setting the standards and (risk) frameworks according to which the various domains will execute decentral IAM. For that purpose, domains will be supported by the chapter with guidance, communication materials, and assistance. In cooperation with the IAM Areas, you will also support the implementation of changes in tooling and IAM-services. 

Your strong motivation lies in fostering alignment between central and decentralized IAM organization. You possess the ability to comprehend the intricacies of the business and translate IAM complexities into user-friendly standards, frameworks, and processes. With your adept execution skills, you serve as a consultative advisor, bridging operational gaps and enhancing synergy between the IAM organization and the business. 

Get results

• You develop and implement the IAM Target Operating Model, incl. Decentral organization and guide the IAM Desks and Global IAM teams (in addition IAM desk RN Overig & System Onboarding is part of chapter) 
• You improve IAM awareness and knowledge in the business (IAM desks, Liaisons, Risk Managers, Business Owner, System Owners, Roles Owners)

• You define professional standards/work methodology within chapter  
• You monitor the usage of best practices in the chapter, both through knowledge development and through the use of proper tooling by chapter members 
• You monitor & steer on quality consistency of expertise area throughout the organisation

You and your talent

• In depth knowledge of IAM Concepts and Principles (authentication, authorization, identity lifecycle management, access control models (e.g., RBAC, ABAC), single sign-on (SSO), and federation).  
• IAM Tools and Platforms (identity governance and administration (IGA), privileged access management (PAM), identity as a service (IDaaS), and directory services (e.g., Active Directory, LDAP)). 
• Identity Lifecycle Management (from provisioning and deprovisioning to identity synchronization, reconciliation, and federation). 
• Proven knowledge of bank wide business processes and applications, impacted by IAM

This is what we offer you

• A salary between € 61.383,- and € 87.690,- gross per year (scale 10). We are looking for consultants on different levels, rading depents on knowledge and experience.
• A thirteenth month and holiday pay  
• An Employee Benefit Budget. You decide how to spend this budget. This may include purchasing extra leave days, making extra pension contributions or even receiving a monthly cash payout
