You and your role

You’ll be joining Security Avengers, a team with high ambitions within Rabobank. Our mission is to empower squads and Tribes to support build secure solutions by offering hands-on support, expert guidance, and scalable services. We aim to become the one-stop-shop for operational security, working closely with CISO, Tech Leads, Domain Managers, and application teams to embed security into every stage of development.

Practical examples: 

• Facilitate threat modelling and risk assessments
• Co-develop and scale internal security services and tooling
• Developing tailored security training materials for different roles and levels of expertise
• Improve visibility through metrics, dashboards, and storytelling
• Actively participate in connecting with all stakeholders that are relevant for our services 

Top 3 responsibilities:

• Conduct deep-dive reviews of security documentation and architecture
• Support the IT organization with translating security controls towards practical implementation in collaboration with development teams
• Provide actionable advice on secure design and implementation · Driving the application lifecycle from a security perspective, ensuring requirements are met at each stage

You and your talent

• Strong knowledge of secure software development, threat modelling and cloud security (Azure, AWS)
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, security automation and tooling such as SAST, DAST, SIEM
