Specialist Performance Measurement

As a Performance Measurement Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in delivering timely and high quality performance figures. Next to calculating, analyzing and reporting performance and attribution figures, your responsibilities will include refining these processes to ensure they remain robust and scalable. With frequent interactions with various internal stakeholders, you will have abundant learning opportunities and make a tangible impact on our clients' investment strategies. Requirements

• 2-5 years of relevant experience;
• Bachelor degree or master level;
• Prior exposure to the financial services or asset management sector is considered an asset;
• A tech-savvy mindset, robust analytical abilities, practical approach, and commitment to quality;
• Proficient with MS Office suite, particularly Excel;
• Experience in streamlining processes, for instance, through Excel VBA or Python will be valued;
• Fluent in English, both verbally as well as in writing;
• Effective and professional communication abilities;
• A proactive, adaptable team member who thrives in a collaborative environment.
